Mechanical, Electrical, Design and Site Monitoring – Provision of water services: Drinking water, cold water, hot water generation and rain water harvesting, above ground drainage, ventilation, lighting (LED), emergency lighting, fire alarm, general services, distribution and security.

Refurbishment from D-Rating to an A-Rating consisting of air source heat pumps feeding underfloor heating and exhaust air heat pumps for hot water generation.
