Portarlington Primary Care Centre

Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Design and Site Monitoring of Primary Care Centre (HSE & Private GP, Dental etc.) and ancillary buildings for Le-Monde Holdings.

This project consists of; Kilnacourt House (listed building) refurbishment of 940m2 for the HSE (PCC), New Build: 360m2 glass link building c/w Lift over 4 floors, 660m2 for HSE (PCC), 660m2 Private GP, Dental etc., 660m2 of Commercial Office Space, Ancillary Buildings: Retail Units incl. Pharmacy & Coffee Shop, 4 No. Residential Apartments.

The project was successfully completed in August 2011 when the HSE took occupation of the Primary Care Centre.
